Passion and Vision Killers

Beware of Passion and Vision Killers.

Beware of of vision, dream and passion killers. Family and friends will often be the first ones to try to talk you out of something that you're passionate about, and that you have a vision for. People that have no dreams are the people that will try to talk you out of your dreams. They have nothing that they are ambitious about.

Your passion is a Drive to the actualization of whatever Vision you have.
But actualizing this vision might seem difficult when you don't have people with the same passion to drive your Vision.
For instance you might have a passion of welfarism, catering for the needy, and your Vision might be to provide adequate food, Education or clothing for every needy in the world(that's kinda big).
If you don't have people with the same passion as yours they might misinterpret your Vision and take it as a means to source for money to enrich themselves and not the needy.
For this reason you need to beware of Vision Killers. Purge negative people from your life, people that are not ready to take your Vision to its peak.
As for me, If I am walking and working with someone and I discover he/she is of no relevance to my personal development or my vision, I discard them immediately, because they will either reduce the speed to the actualization of my Vision or they will kill it totally.

The most powerful, motivational speeches that I've ever heard, came from people that told me that I couldn't do something. I was bound and determined to show them, that I could. Tell me I can't do something... I will show you that you are mistaken.

You have the ability to do more than anything that you can ever imagine... There are people waiting to hear your voice... You were born to be successful. 'Is it easy?' No, of course it is not easy... It's challenging, it requires patience, it requires persistence..."

"Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."

"Our greatest happiness does not depend on the condition of life in which chance has placed us, but is always the result of a good conscience, good health, occupation, and freedom in all just pursuits."

"Be vigilant don't fall prey of Vision Killers".

Embrace Your Pain

Embrace Your Pain Recently I realized that if you fail to curtain or challenge what you ought to challenge they will keep hunting you. You will keep revolving round the cycles of Nowhere.  For years, I have been trying to avoid who I am now, I have tried so much to hide, although it's not been easy to accepting the fact that I have to Lead or become a Leader nor Speak, Teach and Coach People.  I am quite shy, I believe I don't have anything to say that people will listen to, I know nothing, no experience at all, I was terrified accepting the Youth Leadership role in my church, not fully prepared mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally. I failed so many times in implementing things that will cause better change, I keep avoiding challenges, I really don't want to hurt anyone, it really hurts me when I hurt someone.  But I realize if I keep holding back not wanting to hurt anyone to cause a greater change I will be known and regarded as useless an...

Stop Focusing On Your Problem

Stop focusing on your problem! There is always a day of trouble for everyman although the time frame may differ. When there is trouble, it means there is a problem and when there is a problem you are bound to look for solutions. So many times we are faced with problems and we tried all we could and no solution and we are on the verge of giving up. At times we complain alot about the problem, we made the problem so overwhelming that we can't think of anything else than to give up. You need to stop complaining, stop telling God how big your problem is, rather tell your problem how big your God is. Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me? Jeremiah  32:27 You need to get this right, there is no problem that has no solution. What you call a problem has been encountered by someone in the past, nothing is new underneath the sun. You need to see that problem as a stepping stone to your greatness, don't run away from the problem,...
